The Product Designer will contribute across the entire design process, from discovery through final UI delivery, creating necessary artifacts like user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to solve complex workflow and data challenges. They will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure solutions are useful, usable, and feasible while maintaining high standards for clarity and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Contribute across the design process, from discovery through to final UI and iteration
- Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and prototypes for complex product and workflow challenges
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions that are useful, usable, and feasible
- Help ensure shipped experiences meet a high bar for clarity, consistency, and quality
- Participate in discovery work to help define problems, evaluate opportunities, and test solution options
- Conduct and support user research, workflow analysis, and usability testing
- Translate feedback and product signals into practical design improvements
- Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design, contributing to critiques and day to day product decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a software product design role
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
- An excellent online portfolio showcasing thinking, UX, UI, and visual design
- Experience working closely with development teams to build web products
- Prior experience in the sports industry is a plus
- End to end experience from initial research through to design of user journeys
- Experience in sport, performance, healthcare, or similarly high consequence domains is advantageous
