Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of AI-native product experiences, including conversational interfaces and generative UI systems, moving beyond traditional screen-based patterns. This involves translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences and defining new interaction models for adaptive and automating systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of AI-native product experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent-driven workflows, and generative UI systems
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences that feel seamless, responsive, and intelligent
- Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI-powered design and code generation tools to move from concept to functional experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to shape product direction, ensuring feasibility while pushing innovation
Requirements
- Experience in product design with a strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design across complex digital products
- Experience designing for emerging technologies, including AI or ML-powered products, automation systems, or data-rich platforms
- Strong understanding of how to design for systems that are probabilistic, adaptive, and non-deterministic such as LLM-driven experiences
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe CC, along with experience using emerging AI design platforms and generative tooling to accelerate design workflows
