UI / Product Designer (Visual & Design Systems Focus)

The role involves transforming structured UX ideas and wireframes into polished, production-ready designs, focusing heavily on creating clean, modern interfaces and ensuring visual consistency across the product. A key duty is building and maintaining a scalable design system, including components, styles, and tokens, while preparing organized files for smooth developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Turn wireframes into high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Create clean, modern, and consistent UI across all screens
• Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, styles, tokens)
• Structure files using proper auto-layout, components, and naming conventions
• Prepare designs for smooth developer handoff (clear, organized, and export-ready)
• Ensure consistency in spacing, typography, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure designs are practical and implementable

Requirements

• Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, styles)
• Strong visual design fundamentals (spacing, hierarchy, typography, color)
• Ability to take wireframes and elevate them into polished UI
• Experience building or working within a design system
• Ability to structure design files cleanly for developer handoff
• Organized layers and naming
• Reusable components
• Logical spacing and constraints
• Assets that can be exported without cleanup
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
