Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create user-centered designs that are intuitive and visually engaging
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to inform design iterations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals
- Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
- Ensure design solutions are accessible and meet user needs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design
- Experience in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of human-computer interaction
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
