The role involves leading a specific design area by focusing on the craft of interaction design, motion, and micro-details, while thoughtfully evolving design systems. Designers must collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to distill requirements and drive design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Sweat the craft — interaction design, motion, micro-details
- Be fluent in design systems and know how to evolve them thoughtfully
- Be a strong prototyper
- Have a sharp eye for visual polish and art direction
- Think in flows, states, and behaviors — not just pages
- Collaborate with PROD and ENG - distill requirements from cross-functional teams to drive your designs
- Lead their design area but not other people or teams
- Communicate directly and clearly with the client in English
- Own their area as an embedded designer on the PP team
Requirements
