Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems for CoinsPaid and Cryptoprocessing
- Ensure cohesive visual direction across all brand touchpoints
- Design high-quality assets for events, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Create strategic presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop visual elements, frames, and storyboards for animated and video content
- Produce educational and HR-related visual materials and internal communication assets
- Design scalable visual systems for digital campaigns, lead magnets, website content, and funnel-related materials
- Oversee blog and website visual consistency and layout standards
- Create high-performing social media visuals tailored to platform-specific formats
- Mentor and guide junior and middle designers
- Lead cross-department design initiatives and translate complex briefs into effective visual solutions
- Maintain brand consistency, quality control, and adherence to brand guidelines across projects
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in graphic design tools, formats, and visual systems
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to align creative execution with strategic goals
- Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems
- Ability to adapt visual assets across multiple platforms and communication channels
- Proven experience in presentation design, event materials, and digital campaign assets
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with motion designers and contributing to storyboard development
- High level of visual precision, attention to detail, and leadership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Experience mentoring junior designers is a plus
