Responsibilities
- Evolving and refining the UI language with a premium, modern aesthetic
- Strengthening storytelling for key fashion moments
- Mentoring designers and supporting UI skill development across teams
- Collaborating with product designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Providing clear creative direction and visual inspiration
- Contributing with trend awareness and forward-thinking design perspectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI design within e-commerce
- Expert-level UI craft with strong attention to detail
- Strong interaction design skills including flows, states, transitions, and micro-interactions
- Experience working in agile or product-led environments
- Proven experience mentoring designers and elevating UI quality across teams
- Strong experience working with branding in a fashion or lifestyle context
- Advanced level of English
