Contract - Sr UX Designer (6 months)

The Senior UX Designer will lead user experience strategy and execution for complex digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive design solutions. Responsibilities include producing wireframes, prototypes, detailed UI designs, supporting developers, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, flows, and design goals
- Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with design systems
- Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality
- Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and support design team collaboration
Requirements
- MCA or Computer Engineering degree
- 6-8 years of experience in UX design
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and information architecture
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- User-centric mindset
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Collaboration and facilitation within cross-functional teams
