The role involves researching and implementing innovative methods for testing and validating PCIe/NVMe SSDs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on infrastructure architecture discussions. Responsibilities also include developing device drivers and critical framework modules on top of a Real-time OS, focusing on peripherals like USB and PCIe.
Responsibilities
- Research and implement innovative ways to test/validate PCIe/NVMe SSD’s
- Work with cross-functional teams for POC and architecture discussions for validation infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining technical and process documents
- Develop device driver, critical framework, modules on top of Real time OS
- Work in peripherals like USB, PCIe, advanced serial interfaces for Infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience with different Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, VMware, Mac)
- Scripting and/or programming languages, such as, C, Python
- In-depth working knowledge of SATA, SAS/SCSI, or PCIe protocols preferred
- Knowledge in NAND memory technology is desired
- Ability to analyze complex problems, root-cause and recommendation of corrective actions
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in Electrical or Computer Engineering
