Senior UX Designer

The role involves developing mockups and prototypes for mobile and desktop applications, proposing and arguing UX solutions internally, and participating in UX research activities conducted by the bank. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with graphic designers, developers, product owners, and various internal departments like IT and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Designing mockups and prototypes of solutions and processes in mobile and desktop applications
- Proposing UX solutions, presenting, and justifying them within the organization
- Working on the development of the largest systems and applications in the largest Bank in Poland
- Preparing materials and participating in UX research conducted by the bank
- Collaborating and consulting with graphic designers, developers, and product development personnel
- Collaborating with a team of over 50 UX/UI specialists and experts
Requirements
- Have practical, multi-year knowledge of mobile and desktop application interface design
- Know tools for building interactive prototypes of applications, services, and internet portals
- Can argue and present the results of your work, primarily using Figma
- Can work in a team
- Are a responsible person for assigned tasks and proposed solutions
- Are characterized by openness, creativity, ingenuity, and communicativeness
