UI/UX Designer

The role involves crafting innovative visual designs that set industry trends and leading design initiatives across various platforms, while also leveraging user research to drive design strategy and ensure user needs are central to all decisions. Responsibilities include developing and testing prototypes, mastering usability testing, leading information architecture, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Innovation: Craft innovative visual designs that set industry trends and elevate CureMD’s digital presence
- Lead design initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that all visual assets meet top-tier aesthetic standards
- Innovate new approaches to interaction design to enhance user experiences across various platforms and devices
- User Research & Strategy: Leverage user research to inform and drive design strategy, ensuring that user needs are at the core of every design decision
- Pioneer new research methods to stay ahead of industry trends and gain deeper insights into user behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into user-centered design solutions
- Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test prototypes that push the boundaries of traditional design, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and user-friendly
- Master and lead usability testing sessions, utilizing new testing methodologies to derive actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest prototyping tools and contribute to the development of new testing techniques
- Information Architecture & Content Presentation: Lead in the realm of information architecture, ensuring intuitive structure and content organization across all CureMD platforms
- Innovate new approaches to content presentation, making information more accessible and user-friendly
- Ensure all designs promote accessibility and inclusivity, catering to a diverse audience
- Collaboration & Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration within the design team, inspiring innovation and ensuring smooth cross-functional teamwork
- Lead and mentor junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure design projects align with overall business goals and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development
- A portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certifications in relevant design methodologies or tools are a plus
- Previous experience in the IT healthcare domain or related industries is preferred
