The role involves defining features, configuration, and operational details for DRAM-related tasks within system integration, verification, and qualification for innovative NAND Flash products. Responsibilities also include developing strategies for verification, validation, production testing, qualification, and managing failure analysis across development and RMA phases.
Responsibilities
- Define necessary features, configuration, and operation details, and associated SoC/FW requirements for DRAM-related tasks
- Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group
- Work on system integration, verification, and qualification of DRAM-related tasks
- Analyze and summarize PPA optimization methodologies and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field
- 13+ years of experience in NAND flash-based or related system design
- Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders
- Knowledge of DDR/LPDDR/GDDR specifications, features, and operational details
