Graphic Designer ID

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating static visuals, short-form videos, and marketing assets for campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads, translating creative briefs into conversion-focused visuals. They will also utilize AI tools for ideation and production while collaborating with various internal teams and optimizing assets based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and paid ads (static and motion)
• Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-focused visuals
• Use AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production
• Collaborate remotely with content, video, product, and performance marketing teams
• Adapt and optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all BJAK brand touchpoints
• Support product and growth initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate value

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
• A strong portfolio showing visual clarity, execution, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Interest or experience using AI tools for design concepting and production
• Solid understanding of layout, composition, and brand consistency
• Ability to work remotely, move quickly, and deliver under tight timelines
