The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications, translating product requirements into clean, scalable designs, and maintaining design systems and component libraries. This role involves close collaboration with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and refining interactions to elevate the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications
- Translate product and UX requirements into clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces
- Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Refine interactions, states, and micro-interactions to elevate user experience
- Contribute to light UX activities (wireframes, flows) where needed, but with a UI execution focus
- Ensure designs align with brand, accessibility, and usability best practices
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design (web and/or mobile)
- Proven experience delivering production-ready interfaces and design systems
- Expertise in tools such as Figma (essential)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and interaction design
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
