The role involves designing high-quality, visually strong interfaces for modern web applications across various project stages, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining design systems in Figma and utilizing AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes
- Translate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiences
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens
- Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation
- Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual design
- Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems
- Proven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration
- Strong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly
