Responsibilities
- Designs high-performing, compliant creative assets promoting banking and financial services products
- Ensures designs align with brand visual identity standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for financial services marketing
- Organizes and manages training media assets in an appropriate archive or database
- Collaborates with strategy teams to enhance personalization and dynamic content strategies
- Maintains understanding of current graphics and media technologies and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Six years of direct design experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Proven success in marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with financial services compliance
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and web design best practices
