Senior UI/UX Designer - Evinova

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the evolution of the Evinova Design System, defining its operation, governance, and collaboration structures between design and engineering, focusing on creating scalable, code-aligned components for AI-first workflows. Key duties include evolving Figma libraries, embedding WCAG 2.2 AA standards, creating documentation, conducting design QA, and driving continuous improvement based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Design, Engineering, and Product
- Evolve Figma libraries to reflect a code-first component architecture
- Enable AI-assisted workflows
- Refactor components and patterns to improve reuse and scalability
- Embed WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards
Requirements
- Design leadership experience
- Technical skills in Figma, design tokens, and component APIs
- Experience in UX, UI, interaction design, and information architecture
- Strong systems-thinking mindset
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
