The role involves leading discovery work to uncover customer problems and translating insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs for the Consumer Data Right consent journeys. Responsibilities also include collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the agile lifecycle and championing customer-centricity.
Responsibilities

- Translate insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Apply systems thinking and service design techniques to shape an offering
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the agile lifecycle
- Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end
- Growth mindset and drive to develop capability
- Strong understanding of human-centred design methodologies
- Proficiency with modern design tools
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies
- Excellent interaction and UI design skills
