
Staff Product Designer, Sales

The Staff Product Designer will own the future-state experience vision for the sales pipeline and broader sales suite, leading high-impact design work from concept through delivery with a high bar for quality. This role involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to connect long-term vision with near-term execution and driving UX strategy for the sales product area.
Responsibilities
- Own the future-state experience vision for the sales pipeline product and broader sales suite
- Help shape how this product area evolves from manual workflows to more intelligent, automated experiences
- Lead high-impact design work from early concept through delivery, with a high bar for quality, usability, and craft
- Define thoughtful interaction patterns for emerging product capabilities, turning complex ideas into clear, useful experiences for customers
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to connect long-term vision with near-term execution
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and experience designing complex workflow products
- Have experience designing intelligent product experiences and using evolving tools and technologies to improve how you work and what you create
- Be comfortable working in ambiguity and helping bring clarity to transformative product opportunities
- Have a track record of influencing product and engineering partners, including at the strategic level
