Senior Product Designer, UX/UI

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end UX/UI for key workflow experiences on the CareEmpower platform, driving role-based experiences by defining information architecture and UI patterns. This role involves planning and conducting user research with clinical and operational end users to synthesize insights into actionable product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI for key workflow experiences
- Drive role-based experiences for a multi-role application
- Plan and conduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiry/shadowing, usability testing, diary studies)
- Partner with Product Management to define personas, Jobs-to-Be-Done, journey maps, and success metrics
- Create deliverables including sketches, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Demonstrated strength in user research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- High proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
