The Principal Designer will establish design strategy and vision for post-purchase experiences, including order tracking, delivery management, and returns, while identifying cross-organization opportunities for scalable solutions. Responsibilities also include developing design standards, presenting recommendations to leadership, and championing the use of emerging technologies like AI and LLMs for CX innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish design strategy and vision to inspire and deliver impactful experiences for the customer
  • Develop and maintain a rising quality of design standards including accessibility, UX guidelines, and CX metrics
  • Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Partner with business and technology teams to leverage scale for new innovations
  • Exemplify and advocate for ideal design standards and operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Available online portfolio for review
  • Knowledge of usability principles and techniques
  • Experience defining design patterns and maintaining UX standards
  • Experience with best practices for Product and Experience Design

  • Base salary range: $164,000 - $221,800 USD annually
