Requirements
- Significant experience designing digital products, platforms, or services with a record of driving impact in complex environments
- Deep strength in UX design, including interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, prototyping, and visual communication
- Ability to define experience strategy and connect detailed design decisions to broader product and business goals
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without formal authority
