Product Designer (Remote)

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end product experiences for an enterprise SaaS platform, creating necessary artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to inform design decisions. They will partner with Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to ensure high-quality implementation and consistency across touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to inform design decisions
• Partner with Product Managers to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize work
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving process
• Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and user interviews
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
