Senior Product Designer, Creator Foundation

This role involves identifying and creating reusable patterns, templates, and documentation to accelerate product workflows and ensure seamless design system adoption across design and engineering teams. The designer will execute high-fidelity designs and define standardized interaction models to solve complex user pain points within the creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create reusable patterns, templates, and actionable documentation
- Execute high-fidelity designs and intuitive user flows across the creator ecosystem
- Define and implement standardized interaction models and UX patterns
- Collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and researchers
- Drive adoption of Foundation UI across creator products
- Clearly communicate problems, design strategy, progress, and solutions
Requirements
- Proven track record of applying a systematic approach to design
- Mastery of design tools like Figma
- Passion for building reusable patterns and frameworks
- Ability to champion durable, scalable solutions
- Demonstrated experience navigating differing perspectives to build alignment across teams and disciplines
- Strong storytelling abilities
