The role involves owning visual and interaction design execution across marketing websites, translating UX direction and commercial hypotheses into compelling interface solutions for landing pages, educational content, and conversion flows. Responsibilities also include creating design assets, designing variations for A/B testing, and contributing to the web component library evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Own visual design and interaction execution across Saxo's marketing websites
  • Translate UX direction, brand strategy and commercial objectives into high-quality, scalable website experiences
  • Design landing pages, feature explainers, educational content and conversion flows that balance brand expression, clarity and performance
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes and visual assets using Figma and relevant creative tools
  • Design variations for experimentation and A/B testing in collaboration with CRO and analytics teams
  • Explore responsive behaviour, motion principles, accessibility standards and performance-aware design approaches to improve user experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UI design or web design with strong focus on the open web
  • Excellent documented visual design craft, including typography, layout systems, hierarchy and composition
  • Strong interaction design skills, including micro-interactions, responsive behaviour and animation principles
  • Advanced Figma skills including prototyping and component-based design
  • Experience designing for conversion, behavioural clarity and trust-building user journeys
  • Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and optimisation loops
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, brand, content, analytics and development teams
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into scalable interface patterns and compelling visual storytelling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale and trade-offs
