Senior UI/UX Designer - Telco Enterprise Order Management

The Senior UI/UX Designer will own and deliver high-quality UI/UX designs for complex B2B workflows across the Quote & Order platform while contributing to and evolving a scalable design system. This role involves cross-functional partnership with Product Managers and Engineers, driving discovery workshops, and providing clear design rationale during implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership and craft excellence, including owning and delivering high-quality UI/UX designs
• Cross-functional collaboration to partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers
• Hands-on design, including producing wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Continuous improvement, including staying current with UX best practices and accessibility standards

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven track record designing complex workflows in domains such as Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management, or Financial Services
• Proven hands-on design skills across prototyping, user research, A/B testing, and usability validation
• Experience contributing to and scaling design systems in Figma or similar tools
