
UX Designer

The UX Designer will be responsible for planning and conducting user research, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions forward. Key duties also involve leading alignment sessions, contributing to the design system, and thoughtfully leveraging AI tools in the design process.
Responsibilities
- Research and discovery to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities
- Design execution, including wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and user flows
- Stakeholder collaboration to align on goals, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure design solutions balance user needs with business objectives
- Facilitation and alignment to lead or contribute to design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process end-to-end
- Solid grounding in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
