Product Experience / UX Designer

The Product Experience / UX Designer supports the product creation process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, develop design solutions, and create prototypes. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and translating user needs into visually compelling and intuitive design solutions for web and mobile interfaces, and supporting user research and design iteration based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and translate user needs and business requirements into visually compelling and intuitive design solutions
- Design complex user journeys through and across technology digital technology platforms
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into innovative and user-friendly product interfaces
- Utilize design thinking methodologies, data, and tools to ideate and iterate on design concepts
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or Product Design
- At least 5 years of business or IT experience, including at least 3 years of experience in product experience design or UX design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience working in an Agile environment
