UX Designer, ServiceNow (Part-time, On Call)

The role involves designing and supporting user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, portals, and interfaces. This includes collaborating with product owners and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow designs while adhering to platform constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design and support user-centered experiences within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, portals, and interfaces
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow designs
- Apply UX best practices while working within ServiceNow platform constraints and patterns
- Create and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, and interaction designs aligned to ServiceNow capabilities
- Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Participate in client and internal design reviews, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Support multiple short-term efforts in a fast-paced, consulting environment
Requirements
- 3 or more years of UX design experience, including hands-on experience designing and building solutions in ServiceNow
- 3 or more years of demonstrated experience working within enterprise platforms or design systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance
- Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
- US Citizenship Required
