Product Designer (HR Platform)

The role involves designing and improving dashboards, charts, tables, and data visualization tools, alongside creating UI/UX for analytical web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms. Responsibilities also include prototyping in Figma, collaborating with development and business stakeholders, conducting user tests, and managing the design system.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve dashboards, graphs, tables, and data visualization tools
• Create UI/UX for analytical web applications (desktop and mobile)
• Prototype and build interactive scenarios in Figma
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
• Conduct user testing and verify hypotheses with real users
• Work with the design system, create and optimize components
• Analyze the market and competitors, form UX decisions based on data

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Presence of a portfolio with projects of graphs, dashboards, tables, and data visualizations
• Confident mastery of Figma
• Ability to argue UX decisions and explain them to the team and stakeholders
• Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and testing
• Understanding of the specifics of working with mobile applications and web platforms
