Product Designer (UX/UI & Research Focus)
Dacodes Remote (🇲🇽 Mexico City, Mexico)
The role involves researching and understanding user needs through interviews and testing, and then designing complete end-to-end experiences, information architecture, and functional, accessible user interfaces. Responsibilities also include proposing justified design solutions, collaborating closely with product and development teams, and iterating solutions based on data and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and understand user needs through interviews, testing, and feedback analysis
- Design complete flows, information architecture, and end-to-end experiences
- Create functional, accessible, and user-centered interfaces
- Propose solutions with a design criterion and justify decisions
- Collaborate with design systems and reusable components
- Create prototypes in Figma and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong technical skills in Figma, UX, and UI
- Ability to understand user problems and propose solutions
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
