Product Designer (UX/UI & Research Focus)

The role involves researching and understanding user needs through interviews and testing, and then designing complete end-to-end experiences, information architecture, and functional, user-centered interfaces. Responsibilities also include proposing solutions with design rationale, collaborating closely with product and development teams, and iterating solutions based on data and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and understand user needs (interviews, testing, feedback analysis)
- Design complete flows, information architecture, and end-to-end experiences
- Create functional, accessible, and user-centered interfaces
- Propose solutions with criteria, justifying design decisions
- Work with design systems and reusable components
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams on key decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Iterate solutions based on data, metrics, and continuous feedback
- Participate in solution validation with users and stakeholders
