Senior Product Designer (Advanced English)
Thoughtworks Remote (🇨🇱 Santiago, Provincia de Santiago, Chile)
Designers collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to understand complex problems and deliver high-quality working software for clients. Responsibilities include using Figma for design, conducting research, making data-driven decisions, and supporting storytelling with data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, interface design, and collaborative workflows
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user needs research and contextual inquiry
- Demonstrated ability to work with metrics and make data-driven design decisions
- Experience with data visualization to support storytelling and stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in AI applied to design workflows
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong systemic analysis and strategic thinking
- Ability to own the end-to-end experience
- Comfortable designing solo or collaborating across agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Clear communicator who can articulate design rationale and project scope to both clients and technical stakeholders
- Strong storytelling skills, able to translate complexity into clear, compelling design direction
- Passion for contributing to the design community through peer reviews and knowledge sharing
- Fluent in Spanish and fully proficient in English
