Senior Principal - Design Engineering Services

This role involves defining the capital projects engineering service line strategy, owning growth targets, and building/scaling teams through development and recruiting. Key duties include securing energy transition projects, leading projects within scope/budget/schedule, and developing business opportunities with clients.
Responsibilities
- Define the capital projects engineering service line strategy
- Build and scale teams through internal development and targeted recruiting
- Own growth targets for the engineering service line
- Secure energy and energy transition projects across the capital project lifecycle
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience working within the Energy Sector
- Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering
- Advanced degree in the same field (preferred)
- Leadership courses and training (preferred)
