Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of compelling visual content supporting business goals, balancing hands-on design work with mentorship and leadership duties. This involves leading design projects from concept to completion across print and digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion across various platforms
• Collaborate with the Art Director and project owners to define strategy, scope, and creative direction
• Provide informal feedback and guidance to designers during early concepting stages
• Review and approve early-stage design work
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Research design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
• Help with resource planning and workload distribution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that elevate creative output

Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong understanding of print processes
• Strong digital design experience for web and email
• Hands-on experience building and coding emails and templates directly in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to turn creative concepts into production-ready digital executions
• Experience collaborating with marketing, digital, and development partners
