The researcher will own and drive research roadmaps with multi-phase projects, designing and conducting foundational, generative, and evaluative research to define new opportunities and influence product strategy across the entire cycle. They will lead research activities using mixed methods to inspire cross-functional teams, co-define product direction, and navigate the ambiguity of early-stage product development (0-1).
Responsibilities

- Lead research activities in a fluid environment with mixed methods
- Apply a mixed-methods approach by selecting and applying ethnographic field studies, diary studies, contextual inquiries, usability testing, field studies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with research design applying qualitative research methods
