Senior Product Designer – My Account (Self-Serve & Transactional Experience)

The Senior Product Designer will own and lead the end-to-end product design for the My Account experience, spanning discovery through continuous optimization of self-service and transactional journeys. This role involves shaping flows like orders and documentation to increase adoption and reduce customer support dependency.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end product design for the My Account experience
- Shape and evolve transactional and self-service journeys to drive adoption and reduce dependency on customer support
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data and business goals into scalable interaction models, system states and high-quality design solutions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product design work with measurable business impact
- Experience designing complex transactional and account-based experiences
- Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap definition within cross-functional product teams
- Proven experience working with and contributing to a design system in a scalable web environment
