The Senior Technical Product Designer will own the end-to-end design of the B2B SaaS engineering platform, focusing on translating complex engineering workflows and operational data into intuitive, scalable user experiences across dashboards, reporting, and analytics interfaces. This role also involves defining product design standards, leading UX strategy, and providing secondary design support for high-value marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design of IPT's web-based SaaS platform
- Translate complex engineering workflows, field operations, and analytical outputs into intuitive user experiences
- Lead UX strategy across dashboards, reporting modules, workflow tools, and performance analytics interfaces
- Design scalable, modular UI components and establish a structured product design system
- Drive usability improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and field insights
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in product design for complex, web-based SaaS platforms
- Proven experience designing enterprise or B2B applications with sophisticated workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization and dashboard design, complex UX problem solving, systems-level design thinking, and high-fidelity UI execution
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of information hierarchy, interaction design, and scalable design systems
