UX Designer (Mid Level)

The role involves translating client requirements and business goals into effective, user-centered UX solutions by applying research, analysis, and structured design thinking across the product lifecycle. This requires close collaboration with UX, UI, development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX team members, UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and project goals
• Conduct UX audits to identify usability issues and recommend improvements
• Support and occasionally lead research activities, including market research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyse research and translate findings into clear, actionable design insights
• Define user problems and contribute to solution ideation
• Create user flows and information architecture diagrams
• Develop annotated wireframes and prototypes on Figma to communicate design intent clearly to clients, UI and development teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a UX design role
• Proven experience working across the UX lifecycle (discovery to handoff)
• Experience collaborating with UI designers and developers
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a professional environment
• Exposure to usability testing and research activities
• Relevant qualification in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
