The UX Researcher will conduct exceptional user experience research, providing high-quality insights to discover, innovate, and validate ideas through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This involves planning and executing mixed-methods research, translating findings into actionable recommendations, and advocating for user-centered design.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct exceptional user experience research and provide high-quality insights
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate findings
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations and advocate research findings to diverse audiences
  • Advocate for user-centered design, aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Product and Development to identify and prioritize research opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in mixed-methods user-centered research
  • Familiarity with the technology industry and UX research trends
  • Experience in in-depth 1:1 interviews, concept-testing, evaluative unmoderated studies, usability testing, surveys, user personas, journey mapping, and analytics tools
