The Product Designer will act as the user's voice within a cross-functional team, translating deep research insights into intuitive, end-to-end product experiences for complex digital landscapes. Responsibilities include bridging design and engineering using Figma tools, leading design hypotheses for complex modules, and grounding decisions in user research insights.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between design and engineering, leveraging Figma tokens, variables, and Figma Connect
- Shape the vision and lead the design hypotheses and high-fidelity prototyping for complex modules
- Conduct and synthesize user research to ensure every design choice solves a real customer pain point
- Cultivate a high-performance culture built on mentorship, candid feedback, and collective success
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align user needs with technical feasibility
- Evolve our shared design system by creating consistent, scalable components
- Engage in feedback cycles and critiques to elevate the quality of the entire team's output
- Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation
Requirements
- Proven track record in product design, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise in Figma (variables, tokens) and building robust design systems
- Passion for building robust design systems that empower engineering
- Ability to translate complex architectural ideas into clear, actionable design plans
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
