Product Designer II

The Product Designer will drive user research, define design strategies based on data, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver delightful customer experiences across diverse products. They will also be responsible for developing and extending visual design systems and pattern libraries.
Responsibilities
- Take part in product and design ideation, planning, and prioritization of diverse range of products and features
- Drive user research, create detailed user journeys, and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data
- Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver delightful customer experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in designing digital products
- Ability to understand short and long-term goals of the product and business
- Keen in applying user research, user-needs validation, and usability evaluation
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design and visual design principles
