The UX Designer will conduct user research to understand customer needs and create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to solve customer problems. They will partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver user-centered, technically feasible design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions
- Partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to deliver user-centered design solutions that are technically feasible
- Collaborating with cross-platform design teams to ensure consistency and identify design dependencies
- Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at the team level, incorporating feedback effectively
- Contributing to design systems, patterns, and standards to scale design across the product
- Supporting usability testing and iterating designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
- 1+ years of design experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Available online portfolio
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
- Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
