Senior Product Designer (Gamified Product)
Limited Liability Company «silpo-food» Remote (🇺🇦 Ukraine)
The role involves designing UX for gamified scenarios, including progression, interaction, and rewards, and building holistic user scenarios and interaction logic. Responsibilities also include creating prototypes for hypothesis testing and iterating solutions based on feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- Designing UX for gamified scenarios (progression, interaction, rewards)
- Building comprehensive user scenarios and logic of passage
- Creating prototypes to test hypotheses
- Developing a visual language for the interface (UI, style, consistency, details)
- Creating and implementing animations and micro-interactions as part of UX
- Working closely with the game designer and product team
- Searching for and eliminating 'breaks' in interaction and complex places in the flow
- Iterating solutions based on feedback, testing, and data
- Participating in the formation of product vision and UX strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong thinking through scenarios, behavior, and job-to-be-done
- Experience working with complex flows or systemic products
- Confident prototyping (Figma or other tools)
- Strong UI taste and the ability to create a visually consistent and expressive interface
- Sense of motion/interaction design (animations as part of the experience)
- Ability to work with micro-interactions and interface states
- Understanding of user flow, IA, usability, and principles of user decision-making
