UI/UX Designer (Website)

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for owning and stewarding the visual identity of the public-facing website, ensuring it aligns with the brand and marketing strategy. This includes managing and evolving the website design system while also designing ad hoc layouts, pages, and graphics using Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Drive the site's visual identity
- Design and implement reusable components and page templates
- Lead on elevating and upholding the brand narrative
- Collaborate with teams across the business to tell their story
- Work with analysts to uncover quantitative and qualitative insights that inform design decisions
Requirements
