- Design efficient, intuitive experiences for internal platforms and the customer-facing support portal
- Shape and evolve design patterns and systems used across the internal product suite
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders
- Influence decision-makers to uphold high standards of usability and experience quality
- Own work fully, taking accountability for design quality, outcomes, and measurable impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques
- Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end
- Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and genuinely curious about improving craft
