Senior Product Designer - Internal Tools

This role involves raising the bar across internal platforms and support portals by designing efficient, intuitive experiences to speed up resolution for both internal teams and customers. The designer will shape design patterns, craft exceptional workflows through cross-functional collaboration, and fully own design quality and measurable impact on team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Raise the bar across internal platforms and the customer-facing support portal by designing efficient, intuitive experiences
- Shape and evolve the design patterns and systems used across internal product suite
- Craft exceptional workflows by collaborating closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders
- Influence decision-makers to uphold high standards of usability and experience quality
- Own work fully, taking accountability for design quality, outcomes, and measurable impact on team efficiency and satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques
- Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end
- Data-informed in approach
- Strong communicator and organizer
