The Graphic Production Artist is responsible for updating product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, structuring files for efficient production, and tracking/checking web graphics using a version control system. They must collaborate with various teams to meet project goals and review final deliverables for flawless graphics and layouts.
Responsibilities
- Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps
- Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production design and localization workflows
- Track and check on web graphics using a version control system
- Work closely with producers, traffic, development, publishing, and international teams to meet project goals
- Review final webpages and HTML email with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 3-5 years equivalent experience
- Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards
- Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email
- Solid standards-based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Highly detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel
- Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
