The Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions for complex features across mobile and web platforms, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers. This role involves leading the entire design process, from research and prototyping through visual design and testing, while maintaining and evolving the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions for complex workflows and features on both mobile and web platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences
- Lead all stages of the design process
- Work closely with the team to maintain and evolve design systems
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion UX best practices
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate and improve designs
Requirements
- A strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and user-friendly designs
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Proven expertise in designing for complex systems on both mobile and web platforms
- Mastery of the entire design lifecycle
- Experience working with and maintaining design systems
- High attention to details
- Collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Proficiency in Figma
