The Staff Product Designer will set the global quality bar for the AI-native Decision Intelligence platform, focusing on establishing design coherence across simulations and defining interaction models for human-AI collaboration on high-stakes decisions. This role involves pioneering new AI-native design patterns, building scalable design systems, and driving a high-ambition design culture through mentorship and structured critiques.
Responsibilities
- Establishing design coherence across simulation and modelling surfaces
- Defining the interaction models for generative AI and intelligent recommendations
- Pioneering new AI-native design patterns
- Building the scalable systems, interaction frameworks, and shared design language
- Aligning cross-functional teams around a shared product vision
Requirements
- Deep product design expertise across research, interaction, and visual systems
- Fluency in the UX challenges of non-deterministic systems
- Proven track record of designing data-dense, analytical products for expert users in high-stakes or regulated industries
- Collaborative leader who raises the quality of work cross-functionally
